Our engineers are here to provide as much help as you need for you to be able to asses the feasibility of introducing the High Torque Engineering.

Physical

In support of your purchasing or in house engineering our engineers will carry out full feasibility studies for you and collate the information in a report with our findings and recommendations for your analysis.

This can be done in a number of different ways to suit you.

· Engineering drawings
· On site surveys
· Tooling conversions
· Working with contractors
· Product redesign/prototyping
· Project management

Digital

At High Torque Engineering we use 2D & 3D CAD systems. These systems can be used to help at many stages of the design processes.

We are able to model components or assemblies to allow engineers to evaluate concept designs. Or we can add fastener designs and the High Torque Helix geometry to your CAD systems.

We currently use

· Autodesk Autocad & Mechanical Desktop
· I-DEAS

And associated file formats.

We are also able to export work out in .pdf format to enable viewing for people unable to gain access to CAD systems.
