PROTOTYPING & TOOLING DESIGN

Press tooling is an integral part of the system and is provided in the form of inserts. These inserts can be adapted to fit many styles of production press tooling. The two main categories are fixed tooling and turret tooling.
Prior to production prototypes maybe required this can be done on site or it can be arranged for our engineers to produce them for you.

Prototyping

Why not produce the High Torque Helix form directly into your product for evaluation prior to production.

We have the facilities to produce the prototypes for you using the latest rapid prototyping technologies as well as the more traditional functional prototypes.

We also have the ability to loan prototyping tooling to you the customer to enable more flexibility and for you to be able to do as many different prototypes as needed to evaluate the High Torque Fastener System.

Tooling

Throughout the evaluation stage prior to your product going into production with the High Torque Fastener System. We are able to help change and reconfigure many tooling setups to incorporate the High Torque Helix Form.

Our engineers have many years working with different tooling setups and they are able to design complete press tools if needed to help with the introduction of the High Torque Fastener System.

We are also able to offer on site help during the design or production phases of the project if there are any problems with the High Torque Fastener System.
