High Torque Engineering have always had strong ties with Swansea Institute of Higher Education who have provided us with performance testing and an independent evaluation of the High Torque Fastening System.
They have been able to carry out numerous physical and computer driven predictive modelling tests, analysing the geometry of the High Torque Fastening System.

Why not produce the High Torque Helix form directly into your product for evaluation prior to production.
We have the facilities to produce the prototypes for you using the latest rapid prototyping technologies as well as the more traditional functional prototypes.
We also have the ability to loan prototyping tooling to you the customer to enable more flexibility and for you to be able to do as many different prototypes as needed to evaluate the High Torque Fastener System.
