Implementation of the High Torque Fastener System can be relatively straight forward this page is meant as a guide to all those involved in production and production engineering. Above are the two general categories that tooling tends to fall into fixed presses and CNC turret tools. Both are served by common forming inserts with fixed tooling punches available through market leaders.

Our engineers are available to advise on clearances, bending etc, and can support you from pre-production through drawing changes and or any tool conversion. For detailed information regarding the inserts you may require please download the relevant technical sheets from our downloads page.

Please note, the critical information for tooling engineers is thread diameter, material thickness and up or down forming. Our suppliers will do the rest.
